Terrance is a Startup Advisor, Venture Partner, and Ecosystem Builder, sourcing and vetting opportunities for firms such as Venture For ClimateTech and NextGen Venture Partners. Propelled by his passion for coaching and connecting entrepreneurs, Terrance is also an Advisor at Antler, a global early-stage venture fund + studio, and Visible Hands, a pre-seed fund with a 14-week, virtual fellowship program that supports underrepresented founders. Prior to investing and advising founders, he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at SAP.iO, the venture fund + studio of SAP, where he explored and evaluated solutions to big problems in enterprise software related to supply chain and logistics - using SAP’s unique position and differentiated data sources. Before SAP.iO, Terrance was a Venture Capital Fellow at Eonxi Ventures, a venture studio + fund focusing on eSports, gaming, and immersive technology.  He is a Venture Partner at Republic, the full-stack investment platform that spun out of AngelList, and is a strong advocate for democratizing access to capital for underestimated founders. Terrance also advised early-stage companies on business development and growth at Techstars Chicago, the worldwide seed accelerator that helps entrepreneurs succeed across the country. He is an Investor Advisory Board Member at Nex Cubed, Startup Mentor at various accelerators/incubators, and was recognized as an Emerging Leader in Venture Capital by HBCUvc.

Before supporting founders and building ecosystems, Terrance spent many years in the Northeast, working at Dell Technologies (Dell EMC) in Product Management, Business Development, and Strategic Consulting. During that time, he earned a reputation as an "intrapreneur" by helping executives start new business functions, conceptualize novel business models, and drive post-merger integration projects during the largest acquisition in technology history (Dell and EMC).

He is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law School, Johnson & Wales University, and Claflin University. Terrance is also a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley executive education program in venture capital and angel investing.
